When I click to see what is inside of the project I see that "Click the green flag to start" is there. But something I didn't recognize what "Say something or say that"

The unit of measurements in scratch are pixels.

Question #5:

You can have a infinite number of sprites and stages because you are able to make sprites be on the screen whenever you want at certain times, same goes with the backdrop
